Within the EU it is arranged by law that any consumer has a 14 days grace period on any purchase, as our product is a prepaid online service and you are charged for its usage we require that you give up your 14 day grace period for any amount of balance you spent, remaining balance can be refunded within 14 days of the top-up. You can request this through our contact form.

This 14 day grace period does not apply to businesses, refunds are at our discretion.
